Late Bake
Metropolis is now offering Late Bakes! These are any of our table loaves (Grano Duro, Altamura, Gt. Bigio, etc.) baked later in the day, after undergoing a longer fermentation, so that they can be delivered in the afternoon - just in time for dinner! Serving our breads as fresh as possible - almost right out of the oven - makes our already delicious breads even better. For information about starting a Late Bake account with us, please contact us.
